Payment Information for Membership in the Western Pennsylvania Longhouse

Native Dads and Daughters / Native Dads and Sons / Native Moms and Sons 

Terms and Conditions:

1.   The cost of membership for the 2009- 2010 year is $60.00 per family. During the course of the year, there will be an opportunity to participate in community service events. If the Dad or Mom and the children who are members participate in at least one (1) such event, the family has the option of applying for a $10.00 refund of the membership fee.

2.   Membership covers the entire family for a period of one year. There is no extra fee for additional children or to join multiple programs (Native Dads and Daughters / Native Dads and Sons / Native Dads and Sons.

3.   Membership is required to participate in any events or activities sponsored by the Longhouse. However, the Longhouse offers a money back guarantee on the membership fee. For example, if you join the Western Pennsylvania Longhouse and attend a campout and decide after the campout that the program does not suit your needs, your membership fee will be refunded in full. You must request a refund in writing within seven (7) days of the event. Please be aware that the money back guarantee applies only to the membership fee and only to new members. The Longhouse can not refund any other fees, such as the campout fee.  

4.  You must also print out and submit the membership application. Print out the membership form, fill it out, and mail it to:
